We offer various shipping options to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and affordably as possible:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time of 5-7 business days (varies depending on your location).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery time of 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery time of 1 business day (available for eligible orders placed before 12 PM local time).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and your delivery location. You will see the shipping fee before completing your purchase.
3. Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount. This offer is available for eligible locations only and may be subject to change. The minimum order requirement for free shipping will be displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking

7. Incorrect or Missing Addresses
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Perfume Shop is not responsible for items that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and file any necessary claims for damaged or lost packages.
9. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Shipping
- We currently do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
