  • Returns: You can return most products within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used perfumes, body sprays, or any other products where seals have been broken.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange, regardless of the packaging condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it reaches us safely.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different fragrance or product, please follow the same process as a return. Once the returned item is received, we will process your exchange, and the new item will be shipped to you.
  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges: You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item unless the return is due to an error or defect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes, body sprays, and fragrances.
  • Gift cards and store credits.
  • Any personalized or custom-made products.

6. Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our returns policy.
